Joshua P. Mersberger, CFP®, CRPC
Josh has been a part of the MyFinancialPlanner360 planning team from its inception and also serves as a Financial Advisor with Mersberger Financial Group, Inc. Josh graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance as well as an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. While at UW Oshkosh, Josh helped to manage the Student Endowment Fund for two semesters, which provides students practical experience in the professional money management realm. Josh was also was enrolled in the University Honors Program, made the Dean's Academic Achievement List in every college semester, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
Josh holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation and the Certified Financial Planner ® (CFP) designation. Josh also holds his Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 registrations, as well as his Life, Health and Disability insurance license.
Josh focuses on working with clients of myFP360 as part of their trusted advisor team, designing customized financial plans intended to help clients attain personal and financial goals. Josh helps clients plan for and enjoy a successful financial future, organizes client's financial lives, conducts portfolio research and assists clients in all areas of their planning.
Josh has experience in planning for clients in the areas of wealth management, asset protection, estate, and retirement planning, as well as planning for major financial goals throughout life.
Josh and his wife Michelle live in Plymouth with their daughter Camilla and their three dogs Clinton, Mocha, and Lani. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an active outdoor enthusiast. Josh's hobbies and interests include hunting, fishing, running/exercising, skiing, snowmobiling, waterskiing, and golfing. Josh takes an active role in community involvement and is involved in or donates to multiple charitable causes. Josh is an active member of the Marshview Conservation Club, the Sheboygan YMCA Board of Directors, Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors and he also volunteers for the Sheboygan County Conservation Club.
